Means Davis, V, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, USA, is founder and CEO of Empowered Enterprises International, a global career coaching and organizational strategic development company.   A graduate of the top rated business school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, his career began in risk management and insurance, then transitioned into human resource management including recruiting, placement, and consulting. In 1993 he created an executive recruiting company, and in 1998 restructured the company to provide Individual and Business Coaching, the foundation of today's Empowered Enterprises International.  He is also on the board of directors, or consultant to the board, for nine non profit organizations committed to making a difference on a global scale.
